General Questions

You may register by going to spiritualformationinstitute.com where you will find a registration form for the coming Institute program year. Upon submission of the form and payment in full for Retreat One the registration will be complete

Along with your Bible, bring anything that helps you feel more at home away from home, and helps you rest more comfortably. Bring attire appropriate for the weather, as you will have an extended opportunity outdoor time if you wish.
We suggest and encourage you to leave your cell phone in your room during the day to remove the temptation to check it. If it is essential to have your phone with you please be sure it is on do not disturb mode.

If you find you need to cancel prior to the first Retreat all deposits will be refunded.

The cost of the Retreat Package covers lodging and meals for all four retreats, as well as all program materials for the year

The Retreat on Charleston Peak is located at 2755 Kyle Canyon Road.
To get to the hotel take I-95 north to the Kyle Canyon cutoff. Turn left and continue up the mountain for approximately 17 miles. You will come to a roundabout; go through the roundabout and begin to watch for the hotel on the left-hand side of the road, directly across from a church.

The Chef for the hotel does her best to be attentive to the different dietary restrictions some of us face. We provide the menu prior to each retreat so that you can be prepared in case it limits what you are able to eat. If you have dietary restrictions you are welcomed to bring your own food to supplement or replace some of the meals that are offered. There is a microwave available in the café area to warm your food and some rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator.
